I have been a certified translator of English and Polish since 2002 (entry number on the list of certified translators of the Ministry of Justice: TP/1542/06.)
I have graduated from a two-year, post-diploma School of Translation, Interpreting and Languages at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. My teachers included interpreters and translators working for the European Union institutions.
I am a graduate of the Institute of English and American Studies of the University of Gdańsk.
I have fourteen years’ experience working as a translator and interpreter. I specialise in legal, financial and commercial texts, as well as at interpreting in law offices and at weddings. Together with my husband, British lawyer Howard Chapman, we raise two bilingual children in an international environment. I am a member of the Baltic Society of Translators, an organisation for active professionals.
